You will receive a booking link in your registration confirmation email. Use that link to reserve your room at the reduced group rate while availability lasts.

Tip: Plan to stay through Wednesday afternoon so you can participate in the AI & Emerging Tech Infrastructure Summit.

3) Get Gala-ready for the 25th Anniversary celebration

Pack an outfit suitable for the 25th Anniversary Awards Gala. The gala is black tie optional with a Black & White theme, plus dinner and live entertainment.

Awards nominations are open until March 13 (finalists announced April 6).

Gala tickets: Tickets are required and can be added during registration. If you already registered, you can add a ticket using the link in your confirmation email.

4) Promote your attendance and start booking meetings

Build momentum before you arrive. Download graphics and templates you can personalize, then post to LinkedIn to spark meeting requests ahead of the event.
