The deadline to book within the official Fiber Connect room block has now passed.
You may still check availability directly with our official hotel partners, the Gaylord Palms and the Marriott Village. The Marriott Village offers shuttle service to and from the Gaylord. You are also welcome to explore additional nearby hotel options in the area.

Group Rate: $327 (includes resort fee; taxes additional)
Booking Deadline: Friday, April 24, 2026, or until sold out, whichever occurs first.

Marriott Village (Lake Buena Vista, FL)
Marriott Village is approximately 10 minutes from the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center and consists of three hotels: Courtyard, SpringHill Suites, and Fairfield Inn. Complimentary shuttle service will be provided for guests. Shuttle schedules will run daily and continuously during the conference.

Shuttle Pick-Up Location at Marriott Village:
Bus transportation is located behind the Village Common area near the playground.
Gaylord Palms Drop-Off/Pick-Up Location:
The shuttle drop-off and pick-up location at Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center is located at the Transportation Lobby Porte-Cochere. When exiting the main lobby, attendees should turn right and proceed to the designated shuttle area.
Shuttle Frequency:
Buses will run approximately every 15 minutes.

Question, how do I receive the booking link?
To ensure that hotel rooms will be available for registered attendees, hotel rooms cannot be booked until one has registered for Fiber Connect 2026. Access to booking code/link will be provided in your registration confirmation email.
If you are a sponsoring or exhibiting company and wish to make a group block, please contact exposervices@fiberbroadband.org.
Beware of false and fraudulent housing claims
There are fraudulent companies and organizations that will try to present themselves as official partners of Fiber Connect 2026, and offer a potential room that might not be guaranteed or available. Please note that the only official registration booking site is through the above link. If you are contacted by anyone posing as Fiber Connect 2026 housing, please let us know by emailing fiberconnect@fiberbroadband.org.
