Hotel Booking Reminder
To ensure that hotel rooms will be available for registered attendees, hotel rooms cannot be booked until one has registered for Fiber Connect 2026. Access to the booking code/link will be provided in your registration confirmation email. For information on room rates, click here.
Registration will open in three phases:
January 6, 2026: Attendee registration opens
March 3, 2026: Sponsor Registration Opens: 3/3/26
March 17, 2026: Exhibitor Registration Opens

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing to fiberconnect@fiberbroadband.org according to the following schedule:
- 15% cancellation fee through Friday, March 27, 2026
- 50% cancellation fee from Saturday, March 28 through Sunday, April 5, 2026
- 75% cancellation fee from Monday, April 6 through Wednesday, May 6, 2026
No refunds will be provided after Wednesday, May 6, 2026.

There are fraudulent companies and organizations that will try to present themselves as official partners of Fiber Connect 2026, and offer a potential room that might not be guaranteed or available. Please note that the only official registration booking site is through the above link. If you are contacted by anyone posing as Fiber Connect 2025 housing, please let us know by emailing fiberconnect@fiberbroadband.org.
