Compliance
PoC demonstrations that reference BBF specifications must follow the applicable certified test plans. PoCs should clearly illustrate fiber access that improves communities. Include use cases that align with the Light Years Ahead theme such as IoT, AI, security, and smart home services.

How to participate
Submission deadline: March 20, 2026
- Identify your PoC specification focus and participating companies.
- Contact Nadir Noon (nnoon@fiberbroadband.org) for resources and guidance.
- Submit your PoC using the official submission template.
Eligibility and review
At least one participating company must be a member of FBA or BBF. Teams may include up to three companies. PoCs should show how your innovation accelerates our fiber future. Submissions are reviewed by FBA Technical and Conference Committees and the BBF. FBA may request clarifications or adjustments prior to acceptance.
Participation fee
$12,500 per PoC.
Includes a 6 ft by 8 ft demo pod, up to two monitors, shelf, storage cabinet, optional mini-rack with power, floor space, power, onsite interview and edited demo video, schedule inclusion across website, program book, and mobile app, plus onsite signage. Connectivity can be added for an additional fee.
If a submitted PoC is not selected for showcasing, no fee is charged. Participating companies must staff their demos during all Expo Hall hours.
